This form can be used to contact or provide information to the Office of the Auditor General, Halifax Regional Municipality. Complete the form if you want to provide information which you believe is relevant to one of our current audits, make audit suggestions, or report municipal fraud and waste. It is not intended to replace normal business processes already established by HRM (for example reporting to 311) or to address current issues of an operational nature which are handled within the individual business units.
